the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. my room on the 19th floor offered a great city view i loved. the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i found a mini fridge and kettle very useful.
i noticed a small cockroach in the bed, it was not a major issue, but worth mentioning for full transparency.

I found many options for dining in the surrounding area. there are several restaurants and takeaway shops near the hotel. Also there are convenience stores and supermarkets, so you can always find something you fancy to eat.

the room provided good value with comfortable bedding, and a clean space. the room had some features like a proper working desk, a kettle and fridge, all contributing positively to the room's functionality during the days i stayed there.

The hotel features helpful staff and good wi-fi connectivity! taxi services and access to the mtr and buses are within a few minutes' walk. This makes it easy to travel around the area and allows you to easily commute to important spots.

the room had climate control. i found the bed comfortable. i was charmed by the lovely city view from the 12th floor. the gym was good. i found the staff attentive. concierge services were available like me.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. We noticed it in several rooms.

The staff were always ready to help with directions. i appreciated the availability of umbrellas on those rainy days. I could borrow one anytime! the location was really convenient, close to dining options and the mtr. the hotel provided a shuttle bus service.
The standard room felt small. there wasn't much space to move around comfortably with luggage. I had to manage my belongings carefully.

An Okay Stay with Some Definite Issues

I noted a less than ideal situation with the room maintenance. The furnishings seemed worn. I observed considerable marks on the wood surfaces. A significant stain marred one piece. The provision of hand soap in the bathroom was absent. I used the shower gel dispenser as a substitute.

the room had a proper working desk. the concierge services were excellent!!! i was particularly impressed by how they helped move and store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. it made things so easy.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. i also needed to purchase a toothbrush from the lobby. this was inconvenient because i expected basic amenities to be provided.

gus found us a quiet room, and i am grateful. the room was cleaned every day, that helped a lot. i also love the water pressure, it makes the rainfall showerhead a plus.
i think the standard room is too narrow for a longer stay.

the location is great with metro stations nearby. bus shuttle is convenient for mtr stations. they had umbrellas in case it rained.
the noisy ac was a big issue. we tried many rooms and all had the same issue. other guests commented on the noisy ac too.
